How do I pair my TWS earbuds with my device?

To pair your earbuds:

1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case.

2. They will automatically enter pairing mode.

3. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "Clink Audio VoiceBuds" from the list of available devices.

4. Once connected, you'll hear a confirmation tone in the earbuds.

For subsequent uses, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

Will the earbud charge normally when the battery of the charging case is low?

Once the charging case has more than 5% of battery, it can charge the earbuds.

Are these earbuds water-resistant?

Yes, our TWS earbuds are rated IPX4 water-resistant. This means they are protected against splashing water from any direction. They are suitable for use during workouts and can withstand light rain or sweat.

What is covered under the warranty and for how long?

Our TWS earbuds come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

- Manufacturing defects

- Malfunctions not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear

The warranty does not cover:

- Accidental damage (drops, crushes, etc.)

- Water damage beyond the specified IPX4 rating
