1. Delivery Areas:

  • We currently deliver to locations across India. For specific delivery inquiries or requests for areas not covered, please contact our customer service team at support@clinkaudio.com.

2. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

3. Shipping Partners:

  • We have partnered with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition. Our primary shipping partners include –

  3. Ecom Express

4. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Time:

  • For domestic buyers the estimated time for standard Shipping though our registered courier is between 3 – 5 business days. 
  • The standard Delivery to the customer from the time of order placement is between 5 – 7 business days depending on the location across India. 
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on the Delivery address and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. For express or expedited shipping options, additional charges may apply, and these will be displayed at the checkout.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly on our website by logging into your account.

7. Delivery Confirmation:

  • Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier service will make additional attempts or leave instructions for you to collect your order.

8. Delivery Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

9. International Shipping:

  • At present, we only ship within India. For international shipping inquiries, please reach out to our customer service team.

10. Order Modifications: - Once an order is placed, modifications such as changing the shipping address may not be possible. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
